The Afternoon Beauvoir Care (ABC) offers extended day services to camp families. The principal goal of ABC is to provide a safe, stimulating, and relaxed environment for Beauvoir Summer camp children whose parents regularly require child-care services before and after the camp day.
After Beauvoir Care (ABC) offers extended day services to camp families, the principal goal of ABC is to provide a safe, engaging, and relaxed environment for Beauvoir Summer camp children whose parents regularly require child-care services before and after the camp day.
Extended camp care is available after camp from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. During this time, children will enjoy a more relaxed program, including outdoor play, snacks, indoor arts and crafts, and other games. Time is also devoted to quiet relaxation and group activities. Aftercare prices for Summer 2024 will be available in December.
Pre-registration is required and will be available starting May 1, 2024.
One-hour Summer Enrichment courses will be offered from 3:30-4:30! All registered families will receive the Summer Enrichment Packet in May 2024 with information on how to sign up for these classes.
The After Beauvoir Camp (ABC) Program is offered for children who need supervision after 3:00 p.m. The hours for this program are 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., and families must register before using this service. Registration will open on May 1, 2024.
Campers will enjoy various activities, including outdoor play on the Beauvoir playground, arts and crafts, music and games, and quality unstructured time to hang out with friends and reflect on the camp day.
An afternoon snack will also be provided. We ask that parents respect the hours of the program when picking up their campers.
We ask that you please respect the 5:00 p.m. pick-up time. Late fees will be assessed at a flat rate of $25.00 for 5:01-5:10 p.m. Afterward, an additional $5.00 a minute per family will be assessed, and chronic delay will result in the termination of your use of the Afternoon Beauvoir Care program, which is non-refundable.
