Early Morning Connections (EMC) is available from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and offers an early drop-off option for camp families with quiet time in our Library. Campers will have time to read books, draw, build, and connect with other campers, and our staff will guide them to their day programs at 9:00 a.m.
Afternoon Beauvoir Connections (ABC) offers extended day services to camp families from 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. ABC’s principal goal is to provide a safe, stimulating, and relaxed environment for Beauvoir Summer camp children whose parents regularly require child-care services before and after the camp day. Our camp staff will guide enrolled children to their afternoon programs at 3:00 p.m. daily.
Summer 2025 Enrichments! We will offer a variety of afternoon Summer Enrichment classes in addition to ABC for campers in our Blue Jays, Box Turtles, Sea Otters, and Sun Bears programs, including Business Academy, Chess, Gymnastics, Soccer, Visual Arts, and more! These one-hour classes run daily each week from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., with our camp staff helping the transition from camp to enrichment.
Registration for these afternoon options will open to Beauvoir Summer 2025 families on May 15, 2025, and information will be shared directly with registered camp families.

Extended camp care is available after camp from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (Early Morning Connections) and 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Afternoon Beauvoir Connections). . . . During these times, children will enjoy a more relaxed program, including outdoor play, snacks, indoor arts and crafts, and other games. Time is also devoted to quiet relaxation and group activities. Early Morning Connections and Afternoon Beauvior Connections (ABC) pricing for Summer 2025 is shared directly with our registered camp families in April.
Pre-registration is required and will be available starting May 15, 2025.
One-hour Summer Enrichment courses (Blue Jays, Box Turtles, Sea Otters, and Sun Bears) will be offered from 3:15 to 4:15! All registered families will receive the Summer Enrichment Packet in April with information on how to sign up for these classes.

The Afternoon Beauvoir Connections (ABC) Program is offered for children who need supervision after 3:00 p.m. The program’s hours are 3:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and families must register before using this service. Registration will open on May 15, 2025.
Campers will enjoy various activities, including outdoor play on the Beauvoir playground, arts and crafts, music and games, and quality unstructured time to hang out with friends and reflect on the camp day.
An afternoon snack will also be provided. We ask that parents respect the program’s hours when picking up their campers.
We understand that there may be unplanned circumstances where you are late for ABC pick-up, and we will honor a one-time grace period if this occurs. Otherwise, we request that you please respect the 5:30 p.m. pick-up time so that we may send our staff home at the end of the day. Late fees will be assessed after the first grace period at a flat rate of $25.00 for 5:31-5:40 p.m. Afterward, an additional $5.00 a minute per family will be assessed, and chronic delay will result in the termination of your use of the Afternoon Beauvoir Connections program, which is non-refundable.
