Our Lead Counselors are experienced adult professionals who are either teachers or aspiring individuals in the field of education. Many of our summer staff are Beauvoir School teachers.
Our Assistant Counselors range from recent high school graduates to college students and professional adults who have a real interest in the education field and love working with elementary aged children.
Our Swim Staff provides a safe, developmentally appropriate environment for our campers. They are familiar with Red Cross swim levels and water safety practice. The Swim Staff is able to adapt their teaching approaches to the age, experience and ability of participants in order to meet course objectives while having fun. Each member of the Swim Staff is CPR/AED, First Aid, and Water Safety certified. In addition to our swim staff, the Beauvoir Pool has lifeguards on duty at all times.
