Facilities Maintenance Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

The Facilities Maintenance Supervisor provides leadership, direction, and hands-on supervision of the school’s day and night custodial teams. This position is responsible for assisting the Faculties Manager with organizing, coordinating, and planning a comprehensive custodial and quality control program that ensures a clean, safe, well-maintained, and welcoming environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors.

In collaboration with the Facilities Manager, school administrators, and the PECF, the Supervisor assists in developing and implementing custodial procedures, performance standards, schedules, and priorities consistent with the mission and high expectations of an independent school community. The Supervisor serves as a key operational leader, fostering accountability, professionalism, and consistency across multiple shifts while modeling a service-oriented approach reflective of Beauvoir’s mission and Life Rules

Salary Range: $58,000 – $72,800 per year depending on education and experience.

Work Schedule
This position is scheduled to begin work between 2:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., with flexibility required to ensure meaningful daily engagement with both day and evening custodial crews. Occasional schedule adjustments, evenings, weekends, and emergency response may be required to support school operations.
