Wednesday Windows will return on Wednesday, November 9, from 8:30-9:30 a.m. in the Beauvoir Dining Room! Join journalist and parent educator Katherine Reynolds Lewis for an interactive discussion about how parents can tackle each new stage of childhood with confidence, better manage anxiety and stress, and enjoy family time. The author of The Good News About Bad Behavior: Why Kids Are Less Disciplined Than Ever—And What to Do About It, Katherine will offer practices for finding calm, setting healthy boundaries, and discerning and meeting your true needs. Participants will leave the session more confident in their parenting decisions and priorities, encouraged by her compassionate and humorous approach. This talk covers attuning to children’s emotions, learning stress management strategies, and setting up routines that support your family’s values. Thank you to the Parents Association for co-sponsoring this event!
