Beauvoir's Strategic Plan 2025, was published in 2021 and designed to lead the School through the next four years. This newly published, strategic-planning document speaks to the specific purpose and direction that Beauvoir plans to take as we head into a new year replete with opportunity and promise. One of the hallmarks of Beauvoir is our ability to rely on members of the community during both seasons of celebration and moments of challenge. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the Beauvoir community was a shining example of perseverance and innovation as we came together to lift up our teachers, students, staff, administrators, and families. 

Beauvoir is in its ninth decade serving young children and remain devoted to our mission to “build an enduring foundation for a lifelong spirit of inquiry and joy in learning.” We align our practices, decisions, and investments with our goal to be a child-centered, safe and deeply engaging learning community that will best prepare our students for lifelong success.

This plan is the culmination of extensive conversations and sharing of ideas amongst our community members. Parents, past parents, faculty, staff, board members, alumni, grandparents and leaders of the Cathedral Close community came together to create a framework that will guide Beauvoir in the years to come.
