|First Graders Finish Roots of Empathy Theme 6|
First Graders have just completed the 6th theme of the Roots of Empathy program about SLEEP. It’s not surprising that sleep is the number one parenting concern in North America for parents with babies and preschoolers. It’s a universal need, but each person has different needs, routines and environments and a variety of calming techniques are used across cultures.

Roots of Empathy Theme 4 focused on EMOTIONS. Emotions are the universal first language. Emotions are feelings that everyone has; feelings are not good or bad – some are just more pleasant than others.
